Tom Martty, General Manager/COO at Woodforest Golf Club is a Life Member of the PGA and a Gulf States PGA Hall of Fame inductee. Martty's students have won 35 state and national championships, including the Southeastern Conference Individual Championship and Jenny Lidback, winner of the LPGA major tournament du Maurier Ltd. Jeff Rutherford, Head Golf Professional has over 16 years of teaching and tournament playing experience. He is a certified club fitter for Callaway, Taylor Made, Nike and Titleist along with other manufacturers. Jeff is highly skilled in video swing analysis which he incorporates into his private lessons.
In working extensively with players of varying age, skill levels and physical abilities Jeff has come to believe there isn't just one swing mold that is correct for every player. Jeff's knowledge of golf swing mechanics, balanced with his understanding of a student's physical abilities and goals, enables him to guide any player on a path to becoming a successful golfer.

Jon Baacke PGA, 1st Assistant Professional has over 10 years of tournament experience and over 5 years of teaching experience. He has been around the golf business his entire life and has a strong passion for the game. He believes that the game should be taught from the green to the tee box, with a strong emphasis on the short game. Jon specializes in developing the swings of women and juniors, and believes it's never too early or late to start learning the game.
Jon's professional accomplishments include being the first class at Sam Houston State University to graduate the PGA Golf Management School. He is a Class A PGA Professional and a Certified Teaching Professional. He goes into each lesson with a positive attitude and wants the student to have fun and learn as much as possible. Jon would be happy to help you meet your goals today.

Dan White, an independent PGA instructor, has been a member of the PGA since 1991 & has over 20 years of teaching experience. Dan works with all skill levels and concentrates on long term game improvement. Dan is a certified club club fitter whose playing accomplishments include 20 victories in the Carolinas and the STPGA sections. His students have won two State 4A Championships in North Carolina.
